At GoJio we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this – we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest timeframe possible.

Shipping Duration
All our products are shipped out between 1 – 14 working days depending on the products and location. In situations beyond GoJio control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, GoJio will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy [Only Prepaid]
[Note : Return is possible only for Prepaid. If order is COD then no return accepted.]
We offer a 7-day return policy, commencing from the date of receipt of your item. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused with all tags and packaging intact. Additionally, a proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must be provided.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us at +91-9476141316. Upon approval of your request, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted.

Procedure:

- Upon approval, courier the product to the following address: Ground Floor, Radhanagar, Garh Radhanagar, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal 721445
- Upon dispatch, kindly email the courier ID, customer details and order number to help.gojio@gmail.com
- Upon receipt, we will be in touch to commence the exchange process.
- Upon completion, the new order details will be sent to the registered mobile number of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us immediately in case of any defects, damages or incorrect items received. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
Exchanges [Only Prepaid]
[Note : Exchange is possible only for Prepaid. If order is COD then no exchange accepted.]
To receive the item of your choice, simply return the original item and, once the return is approved, we will call you to arrange for the new item.
No Refunds Policy
Once product is delivered to customer then only customer able to exchange[Only Prepaid] the product no refund will be given.
Refunds are only available in the event of an order being cancelled by us due to an issue with the order. The refund process may take 10-14 days to credit to your account and you will receive an update from the Razorpay team including the RRN number and Refund ID via email.
Kindly note that the cost of courier for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the return, exchange and refund process may take up to 10-14 days in extreme cases.
Cancellations:
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. If the Order is shipped and on the way, and the order is cancelled, the money will be refunded once the order is back to our office and after deducting shipping charges.
GoJio reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
