No Refund Policy
Once product is delivered to customer then only customer able to exchange the product no refund will be given.
Refunds are only available in the event of an order being cancelled by us due to an issue with the order. The refund process may take 10-14 days to credit to your account and you will receive an update from the Razorpay team including the RRN number and Refund ID via email.
Return Policy [Only for Prepaid]
[Note : Return is possible only for Prepaid. If order is COD then no return accepted.]
We offer a 7-day return policy, commencing from the date of receipt of your item. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused with all tags and packaging intact. Additionally, a proof of purchase, such as a receipt, must be provided.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us at Whatsapp +91-9476141316 Upon approval of your request, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us immediately in case of any defects, damages or incorrect items received. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

To receive the item of your choice, simply return the original item and, once the return is approved, we will call you to arrange for the new item.
Kindly note that the cost of courier for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the return, exchange and refund process may take up to 10-14 days in extreme cases.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

- Upon completion, the new order details will be sent to the registered mobile number of the customer.
